• The Privacy Policy applies during the full duration of use of Our Service(s). The personal information collected from users will be managed according to our privacy policy.
• This Privacy Policy does not apply to individuals or firms who do not directly use FC2 services.

Deletion of Information

• When you cancel your FC2ID, the registered information will be automatically deleted after a set period of time.
• Third party connection information of Facebook will be deleted once the connection with the third party is eliminated.
• App users can submit their privacy information deletion request from here.

Gathering and Use of Information

• The personal information we request from User(s) is limited to the minimum necessary.
• Information, including IP addresses, cookies, visited pages, devices, etc. are automatically received from the user’s browser or app and saved onto our servers.
• FC2 may use the information for the following reasons.

1. In order to improve Our Service(s).
2. In order offer new services and correct information to User(s).
3. To contact users if needed.
4. In order to provide better conditions for User(s).

Sharing of Information

• FC2 will never sell or lend out personal information acquired from users.
• However, FC2 may release personal information for the following reasons.

1. When requested by official facilities such as court or the police.
2. If there are any life threatening reasons or emergency situations.
3. When required to provide Service(s) to User(s).
4. When companies entrusted by FC2 require the information in order to provide Service(s) to Users. （These companies are not allowed to use the personal information for any other purposes.）
5. When its considered necessary in order to protect FC2's rights and/or assets aginst User(s) violations of the Terms of Use.
    

Use of Third Party Service

Please note that Services within the FC2 websites may use the YouTube API Services,
and Google Analytics is being utilized in order for FC2 to provide optimal service to its users.

along with the FC2 Terms of Service.

Security

• For security reasons, FC2 requires password access to all FC2 user information.
• SSL code is used to protect your information in the event of data transfers.

Prevention of Unauthorized Reproduction of Digital Content

1. Prevention of Unauthorized Reposting of Digital Content
   To prevent the unauthorized reposting and improper use (collectively, “Unauthorized Reposting, etc.”) of digital works for which we hold distribution rights, including videos and images (the “Covered Digital Content”), we may embed in files of the Covered Digital Content, using digital watermarking or other technical means, the following information that could identify customers (the “Identifying Information”), as well as cryptographic hash values of such information:

   IP address
   Browser or application user agent
   Purchaser’s FC2 account ID
   Order number
   In the event Unauthorized Reposting, etc. of the Covered Digital Content is discovered, we may, only upon a legitimate and legally valid request for disclosure from the copyright holder or distribution rights holder (including, without limitation, court orders and warrants from investigative authorities), and in compliance with applicable laws, provide such copyright or distribution rights holder with the Identifying Information.

   To ensure the proper operation of information we host and the protection of rights, we may, within the scope permitted by applicable laws, conduct operational communications, inquiries, service of notices, coordination, technical measures, and similar actions with external service providers, search service providers, and other related parties. This may include responses consistent with notice-and-takedown or similar systems established under the laws of various countries, as well as cooperation with external partners we deem necessary.

   Reservation of Rights and Discretionary Nature of Measures
   We reserve the right to take the measures described in the preceding paragraph; however, we do not guarantee their implementation at all times or uniformly. Whether to implement such measures, and the scope, timing, and methods thereof, will be determined at our reasonable discretion.

   External Cooperation
   As necessary, we may collaborate with external partners possessing specialized expertise and outsource or sub-outsource certain tasks to carry out the foregoing measures. We may, for operational or security management reasons, decline to disclose specific structures or methods related to such measures.

   Users who hold copyrights shall, to the extent reasonably necessary for us to take the foregoing measures, provide cooperation as requested by us, including materials and other information to confirm rights relationships.

   We do not guarantee the outcomes of the measures described above (including deletion or concealment of information and the prevention of copying), and we bear no liability for damages incurred by users or third parties due to non-implementation or incomplete results (except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence). We will not use the Identifying Information embedded in the Covered Digital Content pursuant to this item for any purpose other than the prevention of Unauthorized Reposting, etc.

Amendments to the Privacy Policy

• FC2 retains the right to amend and/or alter the Privacy Policy in part or full.（We will inform Users of any important changes on the FC2 website.)
